Currently head of BI Strategic Consulting at Saratoga, Genevieve has more than 17 years experience in the corporate insurance industry. Leading a complex team of BI professionals around development of business KPIs, delivery analytical and synthesis solutions, and provision of strategic support. Her expertise is in sales, distribution, marketing and customer support. Through business intelligence controls Genevieve brings customer segmentation to gather segment-specific insights. She is a trusted and objective source for ideas testing, problem evaluation and solutions development.
Jason has previously helped start up a number of successful technology companies and now heads up the business intelligence and innovation competencies at Saratoga Software. He is busy with a masters degree in innovation and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs start up globally successful business in South Africa. Being a serial optimist, Jason is passionate about making a positive change in the world and believes that Africa, and specifically South Africa are well positioned to be a catalyst for this.
Lianne is a business developer working at U-Start Africa. She is prominent in the business development community, especially in the world of tech. Organiser at #GovHacksSA and founder of Talent Fusion, Lianne has an eye for encouraging and promoting long lasting business solutions.
Maximillian Kaizen is a hunter of genius. She develops accelerated learning programs to help intrepid humans strengthen their opportunities, cognitive capacity and critical new skills for a world where work – and reality – is now open for remix.

Rebecca Maserow works in digital marketing for Saratoga Software. With a passion for copywriting and editing she aims to finely weave her language skills into digital media. Working with projects like Net Prophet Sparkup! lending a hand to the social side of the startup community.
Steven originally managed an educational NGO and started in BI, where his passion for Data, Statistics and mathematics came together. He is currently a BI consultant working at Saratoga and has 2 years Data warehousing experience. He enjoys solving complex problems that arise in loading, transforming and exposing data.
Tamryn worked as a corporate trainer in Europe before returning to South Africa. She trained a variety of audiences from high-ranking CEOs to their staff base in both IT and core Communication Skills. In 2009 she partnered in a Durban-based software development company, The Development House, specialists in the SME, public and civil society sectors. Her focus, while at TDH, was to provide and implement online communication strategies for her clients. In 2011 she partnered in Public Relations company, Media Spot, a boutique communications firm specializing in both print and online media. Tamryn graduated from the University of Natal with a degree in Applied Internet Research and Publishing and Psychology.
BIG or small, Tom has been working with data in the Business Intelligence discipline every day for the last six years. Currently the Head of Data Warehousing & Descriptive Analytics at Saratoga, he develops BI solutions and has been involved in architecture, dimensional modelling and Data Warehousing projects. His big passion is the utilisation and visualisation of data – too often all the back-end work is never exposed to the user and that is where the value resides. This is an area in technology that is always in flux and is a very exciting space right now. When Tom is not extracting, transforming or exploiting data he enjoy mountain biking, good wine and the occasional blog usually about sport of some kind.
She’s gone by various titles over the years – Creative Director, Graphic designer, Brand manager, Digital designer, Artist or Fine Art photographer.
Tracy currently works as Creative Director for Saratoga with a great bunch of IT geeks.
